how to tell the difference

From my question, its obvious that I know nothing about transmissions. I have a 02 F150 supercab with 5.4. How do I tell which trans I have? The 70 or the 100!!

The driver's side door jam:

The transmission codes are:

M - Manual, 5 speed, overdrive M5OD.
U - Automatic, 4 speed, 4R70W.
E - Automatic, 4 speed, E40D.
