Just quoted $2500 for new tranny...is that too high?

Just quoted $2500 for new tranny...is that too high?
burned up the tranny...is $2500 too high for a replace on a 4RW70 for a 97? Install included.

Sounds about right. I paid $2400 installed for the E40D in my motorhome.
