Question New Transgo Shift Kit

I received my new Transgo kit for my 99 E4OD today. I went over the kit and it seems pretty easy. The instructions say that the kit has been updated and to follow the instructions when they differ from the video. Well they differ ALOT. If I am reading them correctly I need to drill two small holes in the valve body casing and three in the new calibration plate. The three in the seperator plate are .050 from the factory. In the instructions they suggest making the 2nd hole .094, the 3rd .073-.082, and the fourth .094 for a V8. The larger the hole the firmer the shift. There is no mention of "police/taxi,street,strip or anything". My question, has anyone installed this version of the kit and if so what size holes did you use and how does it shift?

I got the HD2-E4OD series from Transgo and the transmission had to be removed from the truck to do some work on the pump itself. What was weird about this kit the second to third gear shift was harder than first to second. I have had shift kits in the past and first to second is always a firmer shift.

Skispcs,

Have you installed the Transgo kit yet? How do you like it? I've heard it shifts harder in 3&4, but alittle weak in the 1&2. I'm definitely want to get one, but alittle leary about incomplete instructions.

I haven't installed the kit yet. I haven't had much free time. It looks relatively easy, but I just had the question about drilling the holes in the new seperator plate. The instructions are not very clear. I am not thrilled about having to drop the pan multiple times to get it right so I was wondering if anyone else had installed it and what size holes they had used.
