OK , I found it !
I bought this truck used , and there is no dipstick.
I crawled under it and found the tube behind the motor.
This is great , I have had this truck for almost 2 years , no telling how much dirt and sand entered the open tube .

Thanks for your help , I was going insane there for a monent .
I knew there had to be a dipstick or a way to fill the tranny .

Well i am off to get a filter and new tranny fluid !

take it by.....

the ford dealer..maybe they'll get a guilty conciouse and give you one....but i would'nt bet on it ..maybe at cost...that knock out is not going to pull out...you need to push it into the trannie...so pull the pan when you start and you'll see..i'd lookaround on the truck and see what else they missed saw you're post after i typed this...i'd pull the tube and clean it also so you don't put whats in there with the new fluid
