tranny slippage
help! i have a 95 f150 4x4 5 speed tranny w/straight 6. 113k miles.
im coming home from northern michigan and i notice the tranny slipping! as i increase the throttle i can see the rpm's increasing on the tach but i see no increase in speed. it s almost like the tires are spinning on wet pavement. if i slowly increase speed its less noticable. the only other symptoms are around 40 mph i get a NOTICABLE SHUDDERING. do i have a bad clutch disk? any help is greatly appreciated.
