Level 10 Performance Trannys...anyone heard of them?
I was wondering if anyone has heard of these guys. Their website boasts that their 4R70W can handle 800HP and 700 #ft . Price isn't bad, here's the link

I've heard of them. That's all so far. I sent them an e-mail Monday morning about their shift kits but they haven't responded.
I've searched the web as well. There is not a whole lot of info out there about them.

Yeah, I came accross that article. If I remember correctly, they were simply using a computer program and one of their torque converters.
Factory Tech, turned me onto Lentech a few days ago when I asked about building up my transmission. In my research, I've found that LENTECH gets very high praise from Mustang owners with the 4R70W transmission. I've come accross some reviews were people have been using their performance transmissions at the drag strip for thousands of miles without a problem. The same reviews were complaining about Level 10.
If you do an internet search for Lentech Transmissions or Lentech Automatics, you'll find a lot of information. They also have a complete Valve Body replacement for the 4R70W. It's pricey, but this should be more durable than just adding a shift kit.
