i have been having problems with my xsmn, and i had it flushed and refilled with mercon V and had some friction modifier added to it. i also had the processor updated to the newest version according to WDS. you said there was a SSM #15319. would you have a copy of this by any chance? SSMs are not able to be accessed at will, they are posted and if you miss it , too bad.
