I have used TransGo for years, never had trouble when installed correctly and completely.

I have fixed some bad installs of the shift kit by a DIY person. Most of the troubles were from not understanding what to do and deciding to "not do" that part of the shift kit.

BTW , I build automatic transmissions for a living

I installed the TransGo Performance shift kit in my 2001 Supercrew 5.4 4x4 (4R70W/AODE transmission) two weeks ago and love the feel when shifting through all the gears! It does not grab hard when I drive normal, but when I put my foot down it bangs just like popping the clutch on a manual transmission through all the gears.

Last night when driving to Church my daughter asked if there was something wrong with the truck, it jumps! I had to give her the long explanation of why it feels like that; of course we were late for Church - ha ha!
