Unhappy Vibration 25-40 mph

All,
PLEASE HELP. This is bonkers. I started having a vibration around 50-65 mph and it would go away at 70. I replaced the tires and balance and no change. I replaced the front breaks no change. I did the rears and rotated the tired no change. Over time the vibration started more at 65 and 75 mph. Had the tires balanced and no change. Took it to a shop to assess the issue and suggested a drive shaft carrier or U joint and they found no issue with the alignment or balancing. The shop took the shaft to a shop and the shop said they couldn't balance it because it was a 2 piece. They recommended replacing. So I did and now the vibration is between 25 and 40 mph but highway speed is not an issue. I drove it around and worked through the gears to see if it was a shaft speed issue and no difference. only in the power band while I'm getting t up to speed will this happen but when it was happening at 65-80 mph it didn't really matter. I'm thinking it may be in the transmission. PLEASE HELP!
Patrick
