Hi. I recently purchased a 1999 Ford E150. While driving it home when I reached 40 mph it would kick out of gear and just rev. As soon as I dropped below 38 mph it would go back into gear. I dropped the transmission pan and changed the filter and new fluid. Now it won't go into gear at all. Does this mean that the transmission is shot? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
