Does anyone know if I can put a 4R70W from a 1996 crown Vic into my 2001 F150 with a 5.4?

If the truck is 2wd, it will bolt in. However, electronics and torque converter are different. Not recommended, there are changes affecting reliability between 1996 and 2001.
