I have an 04 F150 fx4 , trans fault with blinking of off came on , I checked the harness , replaces solinoids and it still was on , I removed the valve body and the OD servo just dropped out with it , looking at it I noticed that pieces of the snap ring were on it, I opened the valve body and replaced all the check ***** and noticed pieces of the snap ring lodged in it . As I removed the pieces I saw one of the servos in the valve body snap back in place .

I ordered the parts today to fix it including the tool, what I did notice was the area that the OD servo sits in is mared and scratched . Can I still put the new servo and snap ring in ?

Also the cap with the tabs fell out as well , can someone show me the pieces that go back in there to put it back in.
