Hello all, I have isolated my shifting problem to a worn clip that holds the shifter cable end to the selector lever of the trans, There are repair clips out there that boast to fix the problem. Would appreciate some first hand guidance on this and also what is the position of the selector lever when in park? These kits sate that both the cable and the selector lever be in the park position when locking the clip in.
