It started with a broken snap ring. I noticed the speedometer oing all over the place, then it would go in and out of overdrive, got the overdrive issue fixed. But now it'll pick and choose when to shift. Everything has been gone over by a specialist. I replaced the alternator on a whim to strengthen my hope on it for it to let me down. I don't know where to look next. Did I over look something?
