I have a 92 f150 that doesn't seem to downshift out of 3rd gear i can start it up and put it in drive and put the pedal to the floor and it barely goes anywere then if i put it in 2nd or 1st itll go i have full power in reverse have already done a fluid change and still hasnt made any difference i was told by the man i bought the truck from that the transmission was rebuilt and it does have a warranty stamp that expired in december of 2000 i was also told by another individual that the transmission was a newer model because the shiftdown linkage was no longer there i need a little help
