Hi guys new to forum so bare with me. I have a 99 F150 it is a customer truck. Complaint was slipping in all forward gears. Tore into trans and found it had a fresh rebuild but had a bearing mixed up which effected end play and smoked the forward clutch. Also snap ring on that holds mech diode to reverse drum was destroyed in turn damaging the drum. So fixed all that gave trans back to shop and get compliant of no od. What it actually is is a very late apply to od and it falls out. I have replaced band and servo as well as the solenoid. Not to mention the tr switch. Any help would be appreciated. I am at my wits end with the truck and feel as tho i have covered every possible angle to overdrive. Concern is that i should be looking at the motor as it was replaced by another shop.
