Lincoln Mark LT Transmission problems
Have a 08 Lincoln mark LT pickup. Yesterday the transmission started acting strange. It slipped going into first but high speeds was good. When I put it in reverse or neutral it has a loud winding sound from the back. When I put in reverse there is a loud clunk, The Lincoln dealer says the transmission is bad and wants $5,000? Only has 69000 miles and is three months out of warranty. Any Ideas? Thanks
