Alright, so I'm gonna be buying a 1997 F150 with the 4.6 in it. I had a 1997 with a 5.4 and loved that truck to death, had to get rid of her though. The engine is blown up in the 4.6, so I've already found a guy that has an engine for a manual transmission, it's got the 6 bolt bell housing and won't fit the auto transmission because it is an 8 bolt. If I find a manual transmission how hard would it be to do the swap? If anyone has done this, please chime in and tell me how you did it. I don't know if I need to swap the computer out either....
