I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to looking under the hood and I have a question about a possible transmission problem. I have 47k on my 97F150 Supercrew. It vibrates at times when my gears shift and feels like the truck is skipping on the road. I know it's not the ties, I bought new ones recently. Someone mentioned it might be time for a new transmission. Does anyone have this problem, and could it be due to the transmission? Any help appreciated.
