I have the 2010 6 speed hard down shift and shutting issue. I have done the reprogramming and the issue remains. It is starting to get really bad. I do find many many concerns about this on many online sites. Most all seem to be early 2012 or earlier. I am just curious to if anyone has any new info that might be helpful to me. I have an apt at a transmission shop coming up this week and I know it can get expensive real quick. I just want to make sure I am the most educated I can be. If anyone has any info to share that would be wonderful thanks.

Is there any known stories of people solving these issues when reprogramming doesn't solve it?

 

Why are you taking it to a transmission shop instead of a dealer?

 

They have had it twice and still have no idea what to do besides charge me a reprogram again.

 

Charge you? This should be covered under the powertrain warranty!
