2010 F150 with auto 6 speed and 4 wheel drive. Want to change to syn. transmission fluid - Mobile one is NOT recommended. Trans has LV fluid (assume low viscosity) Amsoil offers a LV fluid that is recommended for Fords. Anybody tried this yet?

 

Do you have the machine or access to one to do the fluid exchange?

Haven't tried it, haven't heard of anyone who has, but I wouldn't hesitate to put any Amsoil product in my vehicles as long as it's the recommended product for the specific application. There are others here who have differing opinions.
