Tranny help

I need to replace the lins on my ,97 150 with 4.2. Found a 97 with a v8 in the scrapers that lines are good. They look like they will fit. Is it same tranny.??

The V-6 has a 4R70W. The 4.6 V-8 and some of the 5.4 V-8's also use a 4R70W. Some of the 5.4's have a E4OD, definitely not the same.
