Think you are narrowing it down. Wonder if the brake light circuit is coming on, unwanted ? Or did someone do the adjustment inside the booster too tight?

I don't know, my dad had the rear brake lines replaced, from the axle to the master cylinder, that was only a couple thousand miles ago, but I don't think they did anything with the front. I felt my front right rotor when I got home. It's really rough, and there's rust all over the outer edge till about an inch in. Looks like something's wrong with the caliper, I'm not getting positive pad contact. Looks like I'm going to need a rotor and maybe a caliper, for $80 I can replace both, I might just do that and see
What happens!

Good. Recommend both sides up front too. Thats most of your brake force. Sounds like you have pad/caliper malfs for sure. Caliper is probably frozen tight.

Mmm... Frozen calipers... Sounds like a fancy entree. Ok, both sides makes sense, just gonna have to wait until I have enough to do the left side, I'll let you know how it goes, thanks for all the help papa tiger!
