Hello everyone!
Yesterday, I was idling in my driveway in reverse. As I began to back up, I heard a loud "clank" and thought I had hit something. I pulled up a foot or so and exited to see what I had hit...nothing! Then the truck would not go into reverse!?
Any suggestions/help will be greatly appreciated!

Won't go into reverse or goes into reverse but won't move, if the second condition could be transfer case with hearing clank.
