What gears should I get?

I have a 2006 F150 Screw Lariat 4x4 with 2.5" leveling kit with 295/70R18 Trail Grapplers and wanted to change my gears out to help. Wondering what would be the right gears also would cold air help with mpg? Any input would be appreciated!!

What engine does it have and what gears does it have now?

The air doesn't get any colder than it does with the stock intake. Do a Gotts mod.

It is the 5.4L and gears now are factory 3.73 (limited slip). With the new tires on it, it is sluggish and on the interstate has a hard time staying in overdrive which is killing my mpg.

From: In the fast lane from LA to Tokyo...
the tires you have are 34.3" tall......a 4.56 gear would help.....a 4.10 is still not enough....

its too bad that the 4.30 gear doesn't have a reverse cut for the front diff.....that would be the perfect size....
