"fluid exchange" write-up?

I am going to try to tackle this.
I know I have seen the how-to/write-up before on here (with pictures). Ive been looking all morning and and I cant find the specific one. I even did a google search.

*EDIT on May 8th 2012*

I found a good write up with pictures even though the link below is very good as well

This applies to all transmissions, the fluid quantity will vary.

If you have one older than 2002, you should have a torque converter drain plug, and this procedure is not necessary.

(HINT: Enter your truck's basic details in your profile)

Mercon V. This replaces ALL old Mercon fluid recommendations.

So any fluid manufacturer with "mercon V" on the label with work. I may just opt and put the motorcraft back in it.
