1995 F150 Clutch problem

I have a 1995 F 150 2WD 5 Speed. The other day I started to here a squeak when I would disengage the clutch but the truck still seemed to drive fine. After a few days I noticed it seemed like I would put it in gear and the truck was struggling to get up to speed. This got to the point where I was in gear and no able to accelerate at all. After parking the truck it will no longer move. I can push the clutch pedal in and it feels like there is less resistance than normal. I can shift the gears with or without the clutch being pushed but the truck will not move at all? Ideas?

Sounds like it's time for a clutch job.

The squeak was probably the throw out bearing. The acceleration issue was the clutch slipping.

You are going to have to get;
1. clutch
2. pressure plate
3. throw out bearing
4. if internal slave cyl-one of those too
5. have the flywheel surfaced

While it's open check your rear main seal on the engine, this is a real good time to change it out if needed.

Good luck

Don't forget the pilot bearing/bushing too.

Yup,glc is right.

It's more important than you think, pilot bearing that is.

If the pilot bearing starts sticking, you will have a hell of a time getting it into gear. Been there, done that.

Thank you

I appreciate the input and confirmation, that is what I thought but was not sure.
