Hi, I'm new to this forum.

I have a 2006 F150 XLT , 5.4L V8.
The transmissoncode is "Q", so it should be a 4R75E transmission in it.
Now I need to get a new tr. filter and a gasket, because I want to change the ATF.
On rockauto.com, I found filters for 4R75W only, now my question, if that filter will also fit for 4R75E. What is the difference between to two transmissions?
I have heard, only a few things in the inside will be different...?
