4R70W shift problem

Hey there , i got a 2001 f150 4.6L with 4r70 , ive had the truck for 5 years now, had this problem for the last about 60,000kms. When i shift from park to drive or reverse to drive of drive to reverse it takes about 5 seconds to engage, i dosnt slip at all just takes forever to engage. and its fine till it gets to 4th grear, when it goes to shift in 4th it takes about a second to shift, seems like its in neutral for about a seconed or a second and a half. i was think a solinoid or the pump maybe??? any ideas????
