Mazda 5spd, hard shifting

I just got my 94 F150 4X4 out of storage where it has been for around 3 yrs. Everything works great on it, the only issue that I have is that its hard to shift the tranny. I checked the brake fluid for the hyrdo clutch, it was a touch low so I topped it off. The tranny shifts fine when the truck is moving, but when stopped and going from 1st-rev or rev-1st it is hard to get into gear.

Someone had told me a long time ago that I should put JB engine oil treatment into these trannys and it will help smooth out the shifting. Is this true?

Any thoughts on what it going on?
