trans shifting from 1st to 4th

trans shifting from 1st to 4th
04' f-150 4wd 5.4l 4r75e trans
heres the situation i had a friends trans shop rebuild my trans about 15k ago everything was fine after that. about a couple of weeks ago i replaced the TPS because i was getting the P2106 and P2135 codes. Truck drove fine after that and no codes popped up. After 2 weeks the truck started to shift wierd and then sometimes it would stall out when shifting into drive. I brought the truck to my trans buddy and he said that its shifting from 1st to 4th. He diagnose it as a TPS but then i told him that i just replaced it. So we looked up TSB's on the truck and came across the one that tells about the TSP codes p2106 and p2135 and it saids once you replace it you need to reprogram the PCM with a new calibration standard. So now ill have to bring it to a dealer. So now im wondering if anyone else had this problem after installing a TPS or is it maybe another issue that is going on? I have a second vehicle to drive so trying to solve this problem without spending too much so any input helps thanks

I had the ECM flashed the other day and now the problem is intermittent anyone mite have a clue whats going on my buddy that owns a trans shop is no help to me and im trying not to have to bring it to a dealer and get raped on costs. There are no codes coming up.
