i have gone through and read many threads on how to drop the pan and clean it out and then add 5 quarts to pan. then un-attach cooler line turn on vehicle let pump and then turn off then pump again till clean fluid. but my question is what is the best way for me to do this if i have to clean out sand from my tranny. i got stuck real bad on tuesday and once i got it out, I checked my tranny and it had sand in it. i am gunna do a flush with just regular cheap fluid saturday and then empty again and put new fluid in. anyone have any techniques to help me clean it out?
