Need help with 97 F150 trans

The truck:
1997 2 wheel drive, 4.6l (engine code W) trans code (U) 4R70W.
I got this truck with 180,000 miles, and have since put another 3000 miles on it.

The problem:
Last week the truck started to shudder between the 1-2 and 2-3 and 3-4 shifts under very light acceleration.

There is no felt shudder with moderate acceleration (keeping the tack above 2000 RPM's), nor under aggressive acceleration.

I do not know if the trans has ever been serviced.

After searching the forum for 3 hours, I found some things that may be the problem.

1-2 accumulator
2-3 accumulator
possibly the pressure control solenoid
filter and fluid exchange with Mercon V

What all parts do I need to replace the accumulators and springs.
Part #'s would be help full.

Do you think these parts will fix my problems?

Change the fluid first. The 97 has a torque converter drain so you can do an almost complete exchange yourself. You need a filter kit and about 14 quarts of fluid.

If I'm going to pull the pan to change the filter then I would like to swap out the accumulators at the same time.

Mine was slipping and shuddering @ 185,000 miles, - thought I was going to have to replace the trans. I decided to take a chance and purchased a Transgo "Tuger" kit (shift kit) for like $90, cleaned the accumulator body out well, installed the new springs and other parts that came with the kit. I filled with Amsoil and haven't had a problem since. The accumulator body was dirty, - fluid was a little contaminated as well.

Note: My trans is a E4OD/4R100, regardless, I think you have a chance to save yours as I did mine.

A fluid change is in order. If it still does it take it to a trans shop and ask them to check the fluid pressure.

Went to the Ford dealer and asked for 1-2 accumulator, upper spring, lower spring, and the retainer.

What I got was:
F7AZ7F251AA Piston 18.32
F4AZ7F247A Retainer 6.65
F4UZ7F284A Spring 5.48 (pink lower spring)
F75Z7F284AA Spring 5.84 (lt. blue upper spring)

Shudder between the 1-2 and 2-3 seems to be gone.
Still have a slight shudder from 3-4 Trans wants to shift into OD at 35 to 40 MPH

Drained TC and pan and it only took 12 quarts to fill.
