Grinding into 3rd Gear

i have a 01 f150 LT standard transmission when go to shift into 3rd gear it grinds i have the clutch in. It start to happen when i drive for awhile. Does anyone know how to fix this

Only 3rd? Worn synchro. Have you checked the fluid?

Start with fluid. That is what mine was doing before my slave cylinder went out.
