I need help guys

I have a 06 F150 5 speed and this is the 3rd tranny ive had in it. The first tranny went out for some reason, then had the 2nd put in. The second tranny always gave me trouble shifting as in hard to get in 1st, reverse and sometimes other gears. Anyways one day it got stuck in reverse and wouldnt come out. Was told its cheaper to just replace it. So i got my third put in there and it still hard to get in first and reverse and so on.......Sounds like the synchos.

1. Clutch, slave and master cylinder has been through 2 mechanics (not ford yet) and they say its fine.
2. Tranny fluid has been changed
3. Clutch has been bled

Ive talked to many mechanics at ford and other places. Here are all my differnet answers i get

1. Master Cylinder has to be bled on bench?
2. A guy told me there is a part called clutch activation that has to be replaced when another tranny is bolted up or it wont shift right? (he seems to know his stuff)
3. My ford dealers tell me its the clutch but ive had this problem for over a year, wouldnt my clutch have gone out if that was it?

Fyi, when i had my clutch bled and tranny fluid changed, it seemed to shift better for like a few hours then went back to normal

Was there any difference in hard shifting with the engine off?

Could the sticky piolt bearing have caused the other tranny to be stuck in gear?
And im guessing you just replace the whole clutch or can you just do the one part?

The pilot bearing is in the flywheel. It only affects things when the engine is running - if the tranny is stuck in gear with the engine off that's a tranny issue. The clutch does not have to be replaced, but it should be thoroughly inspected while it's apart.
