5 speed people

Got a question, Ive noticed sometimes my truck gives me a little trouble when trying to put it in 1st gear and reverse ( I have to force it hard).
This my be a shot in the dark but could it be because of the weather changing? cause its been crazy here

Shut the motor off and see if it slips right in if it won't shift in while the engine is running.

Either your clutch needs bleeding or your pilot bearing is starting to get sticky.

From a dead stop, see if you can grab 2nd then put it in 1st or reverse easier.
