Flush or drain and fill

Question for ya'll about my transmission? I have gone over my 60,000 mark and have done a few road trips. I'm also about to drive from WA to TX I was wondering if I should get a flush or a drain and fill or do I need to even worry about it? Thanks for the help.

It wouldn't hurt to go get a complete fluid exchange (NOT a flush) with a machine. 60k is a good number. If you simply drop the pan you are only getting 5 quarts out, and there's about 14 quarts in the tranny total.
