Possible Transmission problem...???
I have a 1997 F-150 5.4 auto.
It has a roaring at low speeds but it goes away at HWY speeds. The Transmission was replaced with a re manufactured one about 2 1/2-3 years ago (40000 miles) Could a Service help the issue? It shifts just fine, no bumping or slipping.
