Heavy vibration

Hello everyone, Im having a bit of an issue I hope I can get a little help with.
I have a 2003 F150 M50D. It has a new clutch (only about 10,000 miles old) It has a new slave, it has a new fly wheel, it has a new throw out bearing and a new pilot bearing. After driving the truck for a while during the day I begin to notice that when I go from a complete stop as i let the clutch out and push down the gas the truck begins to vibrate very violently. It has never done this before. This problem is amplified when the truck is stopped on an uphill grade. It shifts normally through second to 5th no problems and doesnt vibrate at all while in operation its just the getting going part. Anyone have any ideas as to why its acting like this? It only seems to have the problem after its been under operation for a while. It drives and acts normally when first started in the morning.

Sounds like a trans mount/motor mount thing, but it should be all the time. I'd check them any way.

My $0.02 Good luck

Been there done that. I had a clutch job done 3 years ago with an aftermarket heavy duty clutch and a flywheel resurfacing done by an independent garage. I finally had to get it done again last year with a new OEM flywheel and OEM clutch at Ford. You may have a rear main seal leak which can contaminate the clutch.

Bottom line - what you have is called clutch chatter. Hopefully, you have a warranty on the clutch job.
