Cold starts and lundges forward

In the mornings when I start my truck and dont really let it warm up, It tends to lundge forward pretty hard when I put it in Drive.
I also feel it shift a little hard from time to time ..

Its an 05 4x4 with 86K . Any ideas what can fix this ?

Let it warm up and the idle become normal... not to sound rude, but it's common sense. You have to let vehicles warm up to prevent that

No I havnt, Ive only had the truck for a month or so. It might be something to do soon. Just so that I know whn it was done.

Thanks Truck guy, I normally do, I guess I just feel it more on the truck than other cars ive had.
