2003 4X4 Screw w/4R70W. When put in reverse, feels like the e-brake is on. Could barely rotate rear tires by hand in reverse direction. Not diff or e-brakes. Disconnected driveshaft at diff. Can rotate in forward direction but reverse extremely difficult. Didn't drop pan yet. Solenoid, clutches? Any ideas greatley appreciated. Thanks

 

you sure it's not the e-brake they can stick if you don't use it a lot.

 

EXACTLY WHAT are you trying to rotate - the driveshaft or the rear tires? If the rear tires, the problem is not in the tranny...........
