okay i have a 97 ford f150 lariat with the 4.6L v8. i was driving it down the road and it shut off on me. turns out the fuel pump stopped working. so i replaced the fuel pump and it was really difficult to start my truck. once i got it started it ran like crap so i put a new inline fuel filter on it. the next morning i tried to crank it up and the truck wont even turn over. it wants to crank just wont turn all the way over. i put it on the computure and the code p0708 came up. anyone know what i should do??

 

That's a tranny code, but it won't prevent it from starting.

 

any ideas why its not starting?
