I was wondering if anyone was running a Magnefine tranny filter. They seem to have good-great reviews on BITOG. I need to change my fluid and thought about adding one...since you can ebay them for like $20.---DirtySCREW

 

I had warranty work done on the tranny at 30K - (servo pak? and TC). The dealer installed a magnefine filter at that time. Not sure if that is a testamony either way? I did a complete drain, refill and filter at 60K - and the tranny needed rebuilt at 83K. I never towed, or hauled anything more than some furniture during that time. I made sure the Magnefilter was replaced with the rebuild.

I think that filter is worth 20 bucks for piece of mind, if nothing else.
