Question Why No O/D?

So I have no O/D and no 3rd with O/D on

Have 2nd manual + engine braking from 'D' to '2' (Assuming Good OD Band)
Have All Gears (Assuming Good Sun)
No CEL
No Flashing O/D Light
Pulled EVERY SINGLE fuse and relay, all good
ReChecked every connection, good
Pulled Pan off again, re-checked VB, pulled the TCC and SS1/2, cleaned up (they were dirty)
Topped Off With Fluid again

Story:
got truck with no gears, and minimal history (said truck lost all gears around a turn, but could get 1st for a little bit, then nothin... said it would occasionally slip if truck was loaded heavy, so he kept it light, and drove nice, but slipped for about 5 months)

pulled VB for the hell of it, (found brownish fluid, with metal 'goo' around magnet, and yellow plunger on truck with 75k) 2-3 accumulator spring came out in two pieces, and had a bent cup, replaced those, and also the TC

put back in, went through all the gears slow, quadrupule checked the fluid -hot in park, triple checked all connections.

can get 3rd with o/d off only, no 4th, regardless of throttle position of speed
fyi... truck is on stands in garage when i test gears (tires spinnin, but not goin no wheres... OBVIOUSLY my brake lights ((ABS)) (BRAKE) are on

ANY IDEAS? or is it the direct clutch or stub shaft like Darrin mentioned? any way of testing anything, or do i have to pull the tranny out AGAIN? (mind you im in a garage, no friends, no lift, just me and a floor jack, with a few tools and beer) (fyi, trannys are heavy )

WHERE THE HELL IS THE O/D SERVO???????? im wondering if thats whats causing my problem, cause i have 3rd.

Ive pulled the pan 6 times now, and this is getting EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New 2-3 accum Piston (was tore up)
Cleaned everything with cleaner
new VB gasket

would improper torque on the VB cause this?

how do i check the O/D servo, or where the heck is it?

im gonna go pull the VB AGAIN to try and exercise the 3-4 shift piston (wherever the hell its at... cause i dunno, but ima try)

alright, got my diagram....

found o/d servo... never touched it, pin looks intact.

pull VB...AGAIN... found a stuck valve, took VB apart.. found 2 tares in gasket..unstuck valve... but stillkinda sticky.

put vb back in... STILL NOTHING!!!!

could that valve still be sticking? it wasnt real free, but i was able to move it.

are those gaskets detramental to shifting? obviously ill need new ones, but ford was closed, and i wanted to see if that valve had any affect (it was on the vb side with the pacman guys by another valve, with a different looking end, and dead across from the same looking valve on the opposite side.... had a snap type ring holding it, vice those little plates holding it... wtf?
