5-speed shifter upgrade

i have a 95 f150 with the regular round shifter and i want to upgrade to the hurst flat stick shift with the big shifter boot has anyone done anything like this if so how did it work out for you ..?

I am looking at doing the same thing with a chrome, bent style, hurst shifter.
If you happen to figure out what one you need or how to do this let me know.
