Column to a Floor B&M MegaShifter?

I have a 07 f-150 screw 2x4. Now the 07 -f150 has the Column shifter on it and only with overdrive at the tip.Was wondering if anyone has done a conversion from having a column shifter to a after market floor shifter with the jump seat gone ? Also this vehicle is automatic. Just wondering if anyone has tried this conversion or something like it .thanks all This is what I want to use http://www.bmracing.com/PRODUCTS/Per...ck-Megashifter

I will be the dummy asking why? Are you planning on racing such that you need a ratchet action shifter and reverse lockout? I guess I don't see where you get any advantage with the floor shifter in a basically stock truck.

My truck is far from stock but ,Why do some change the rims? ,Why do some change the stereos and speakers? And everything else they want. Well, because its ours to do as we want .Thats what I want a....B&M floor shifter.

i honestly doubt you'll find anyone here who has done this conversion. honestly i think it'd be way too much work to be worth it. but do what ya like. anything is possible it's just a matter of how much custom fabrication you want to get into.

I know of one truck that did this conversion, and it wasn't worth it...

the best thing you can do is convert your truck to a console shift or make friends with a good fabricator
