So I took my truck through a little bit of mud today not a ton but enough to warrant the use of four wheel drive. Anyways my pickup even in town stopped at a light would pop into gear a little bit not really noticeable but i could tell. After I was out of the mud it seemed like my trany would pop into gear a bit quicker (especially first to second), and it does it rougher. Twice it even seemed like it jumped outta gear altogether and then back in with in two seconds. Does this sound like it maybe needs filter and fluid changed or it could be needing a new trany? It 97 supercab 4.6 auto with o/d
