Does Hurst still make these? I got mine a couple of years ago from an ebay vendor that was selling them for half price, some kind of blowout sale. I thought Hurst discontinued them?
Jake, the install isn't bad at all. There are several things you can do with the shifter boot, gotta decide what you like best. Keep in mind this thing is all metal, zero sound deadening, so it does rattle and buzz quite a bit.

As was indicated it was easy. I trimmed the Hurst square boot to fit in the Factory boot cover.

If you look at the picture just above your post it is what your truck will look like with a 3 inch lift. I ended up bending my shifter because it was interfering with the cup holder in the console.

FYI: Troyer Performance does not carry them anymore bc HURST stop making this shifter. and Troyer is out of stock on them. I did get one off of Ebay though.

Just picked mine up from hurst/b&m directly yesterday and installed it. I looked all over the net ebay/craigslist/f150 sites but couldn't find the right one anywhere(hurst #391-5026). I found plenty of the (hurst 391-5025) Glad you found the right one. I'm sure you got a much better deal than me then. I paid high retail for the last one in their warehouse.

***I just realized this was last posted on exactly a year ago.***
Everyone still have their Husrt installed. Any issues with theirs after years of use?

They do not like being removed often. The bolts holding the extension to the base stripped the threads in the aluminum. I replaced all 4 bolts with longer SS bolts with nuts and lock washers.

I love mine, I'm sure I'd love it more with a rebuild trans.
