We have a 97 F150 2wd 4.2L. We did a full engine swap (exact to exact) and reconnected the automatic transmission. In the process, both lines that go from the trans to the radiator both got mangled and we got bulk line and rebent it ourselves to replace them.

The question we have is that we aren't sure which line is which in that... the transmission has two ports, one above the other. The radiator has two connections, one at the top, one at the bottom. Do we assume upper to upper and lower to lower?

Any info, suggestions?
