I have 1985 f150 4x4 4speed inline 6. My tranny is a regular 4 speed non over drive stick shift. It seems to be really low geared. I don't really even seem to need 1st gear. I can put it in 1st, let off the clutch, with out touching the gas pedal, and it just goes without dying. 1st gear gets you about 5 feet before its time to shift to second. Do i have the "granny gear"?
